Ron Adams, Co-Founder

Mr. Adams has led Emmy Medical from its inception in July 2013 through its development, FDA Clearance and commercial launch in May 2015. He has spent 23 years commercializing innovative medical devices and procedures and has a track record of building and directing world-class teams and organizations. He served as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Interlace Medical, which was acquired by Hologic in 2011 for $265MM. Previously he has held senior R&D leadership roles at Boston Scientific, Smith & Nephew and Ethicon Endosurgery. Mr. Adams is a listed inventor on over 60 US and PCT patents.
