Dr. Rubino is a practicing physician, with an interest in clinical research, government and tech. He is the founder and president of Rubino OBGYN, an eight physician group practice in northern New Jersey. Dr. Rubino has entrepreneurial experience in the tech sector as a founding board member and original investor in “Perzo”, a secure messaging platform acquired in 2014 by a consortium of Wall Street banks, led by Goldman Sachs. Dr. Rubino serves as the president of the Common Council of Summit, NJ and is responsible for the legislative agenda and budget policy. He has been a consultant for Hologic, Cooper Surgical and Biolucid.
