I literally scooted over to the pt, disconnected the foley bag, closed the outlet, filled it with approximately 300cc fluid, inserted the scope and bam saw ureters, efflux and did a quick survey. Very easy and efficient. I had no issues placing the larger catheter and no problems seeing my mark once cystoscopy was in.
