Mr. Siletto has over 15 years of experience in life sciences transactions and investments. Mr. Siletto was most recently the U.S. CEO of a China-focused global medical device company, where he orchestrated five acquisitions and both FDA and CE mark approval of the company’s products. Earlier, Mr. Siletto was an investment banker involved in 50+ transactions totaling over $1 billion for biopharmaceutical and medical device companies while working for Cowen & Co. and Banc of America Securities.
